Strategic position offering autonomy and genuine growth opportunities. **Job description** Hiring a unit manager to oversee operations of the university cafeteria, responsible for daily operational, administrative, and control activities of the unit. **Responsibilities** Managing the unit’s daily routine Monitoring and verifying employee attendance records Placing orders and managing supplier relationships Inventory and supply control Sales and performance tracking Organizing administrative routines Supporting team organization and task distribution Ensuring compliance with company processes **Requirements** Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role Proficiency in Excel for reporting and controls Basic knowledge of management, organization, and business processes Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor daily routines Residence in Betim or nearby region Availability to start in the second half of January 2026 **Working hours** Monday to Friday Shifts available: morning, afternoon, and night **1-hour** lunch break No work on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or school vacations (compensated by adding 1.5 extra hours per day across more than 100 non-working days annually) NOTE: Shift flexibility is mandatory.
