Main Responsibilities: \- Manage and coordinate the workforce, ensuring strong performance and high-quality service; \- Supervise operational routines, facility organization, and established standards; \- Monitor inventory, losses, and product expiration dates; \- Track sales targets and performance indicators; \- Train, guide, and motivate the team; \- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence; \- Efficiently resolve daily problems and situations. Requirements: \- Prior experience as a manager or in a leadership role (experience in bakeries or retail preferred); \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Organizational skills, proactivity, and accountability; \- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
