**The Health Coordinator will be responsible for:** * Establishing partnerships with companies for mandatory internships. * Organizing and supervising **internship sites**, ensuring student registration in the system and correct completion of all required documents: commitment agreements, time sheets, attendance minutes, and individual grades. * Planning and scheduling classes for internships within established deadlines, avoiding delays and ensuring compliance with prerequisite subjects. * Hiring preceptors for internship sites. * Adding and removing students from insurance coverage. * Conducting monthly visits to internship sites. * Creating strategies for **student retention and engagement**, promoting workshops, lectures, and events. * Identifying material replenishment needs in laboratories and communicating them to the responsible coordinators. * Organizing and planning all health initiatives in locations such as hospitals, public squares, communities, churches, and city halls. * Submitting monthly payment forecasts and internal monitoring reports. * Updating class information and observations in internal systems within established deadlines. * Performing other related duties.. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Active nursing license (Coren) Employment type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2,650.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Internship coordination (Preferred)
