




Job Summary: Psychology professional to work in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment and selection, and supporting departmental routines. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support for Human Resources routine tasks **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); * Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and HR systems). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct all stages of Recruitment and Selection processes (screening, interviews, administering and grading assessments, feedback sessions, and candidate follow-up); * Develop, administer, and assist in analyzing internal HR surveys, questionnaires, and HR management reports; * Provide support for other Human Resources department routines as required. **Working Hours:** * On-site work; * 44 hours per week.
