Here, we value a human-centered environment that welcomes employees with all their diversity, fosters motivation, and encourages professional development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of hardware support and maintenance (diagnosis, component replacement, and equipment configuration) * Experience in customer service and user support is desirable * Support for Windows operating systems (troubleshooting, software installation, and basic configurations) * Basic knowledge of Linux is desirable * Knowledge of peripheral installation and configuration (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.) * Basic understanding of network infrastructure (cabling and connectivity support) * Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office Suite and corporate resources) is desirable **Prerequisites:** * Degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Proficiency in Office Suite. **Working Hours:** * 6 hours/day \- Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,200.00 * Schedule: Mon–Fri, 08:00–14:00 (15-minute coffee break) or 08:00–15:00 (1-hour lunch break \+ 15-minute coffee break) * Meal allowance: R$225.00 (fixed) * Transportation allowance (paid in cash) * Life insurance * 30% discount on product catalog * Birthday Day Off (a day off to celebrate your birthday) * GymPass (Wellhurb) membership * Breakfast/Afternoon coffee
