Job Description: We seek an HR Assistant to work in a generalist capacity, supporting recruitment and selection processes, training and development, personnel administration, and administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for providing necessary support to departmental activities, contributing to an organized and productive workplace. Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection: resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Assist in onboarding new employees; * Organize and manage internal and external training programs; * Support HR administrative routines; * Maintain up-to-date employee records in the system; * Assist in preparing reports and metrics for the department; * Support organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Administration, or related fields currently in progress is desirable). * Prior experience in Human Resources or Personnel Department is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
