If you are interested in joining this team that works daily with simplicity and passion, apply to our opportunities! **Join Plena today!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Accurately complete standard MAPA forms and reports, as well as DCPOA and Sigsif, according to the requirements of each importing country. Manage emails to ensure collection of necessary information for completing cargo certification processes, and perform daily data entry and updates in internal company systems (Fluig and Power BI). Verify all documents related to cargo loading before submitting documentation to SIF. Prepare halal reports for each shipment requiring halal certification. Submit IT service tickets at the unit level to correct deviations identified during certification processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Familiarity with MAPA systems is a plus.
