Carry out aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, deploying and removing wires; * Respond to technical requests from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber and associated trunk lines, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced configurations on microcomputers. Perform TUP services through technical maintenance and testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and necessary testing; * Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling tests, replacement of parts and equipment, execution of tests and configurations; * Perform installations and repairs on FTTH; * Conduct minor computer repairs, diagnosing issues and correcting them or performing preventive maintenance; * Provide user support when necessary; * Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. 2511110202181800161
