In all these sectors, we deliver efficient, customized solutions grounded in long-term commitment to both public and private enterprises. **Join Us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** We are looking for a **Contract Analyst/Controller** to support the Planning Management and Contract Manager, responsible for **monitoring contractual indicators**, controlling deadlines, managing documentation, tracking deviations, and supporting contract governance—ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and mitigating risks and penalties. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist Planning Management in monitoring indicators related to compliance with contractual requirements * Support the Contract Manager in developing and consolidating contractual indicators, compiling data from project coordinations * Generate management reports for tracking deadlines, deliverables, and contract performance * Support project coordinators in controlling deadlines for each contractual phase, issuing alerts regarding service delivery dates * Archive and organize contractual documentation (minutes, letters, reports, and other documents) in the contract dossier, ensuring a formal communication history * Understand and apply contractual document templates and general conditions governing project execution * Monitor deviations identified by supervision via RDOs (Daily Work Reports), supporting adherence to client-defined deadlines * Interface with project coordinations, participating in periodic meetings to ensure contract progress aligns with established guidelines **Technical Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in project management/Controller roles within the oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors * Experience with SAP system * Proficiency in Office 365 suite, including advanced Excel for data control and analysis * English fluency (desirable) * Postgraduate qualification in management or related fields is a plus **Skills:** * Critical analysis * Proactivity and initiative * Organization * Effective communication * Focus on deadlines and results
