Engineer

Description

* Develop complete fire prevention and firefighting executive projects, including hydrant systems, *sprinklers*, detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting and signage, among others. * Perform sizing and specification of equipment and materials according to regulatory requirements and project specifications. * Develop detailed technical drawings (*layouts*, cross-sections, construction details, isometric diagrams) using software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Prepare necessary documentation for project approval by the Fire Department and other competent authorities, including issuance of Technical Responsibility Annotation (ART). * Conduct site visits and field surveys to collect data and verify existing conditions. * Monitor the project approval process, making adjustments and corrections requested by regulatory agencies. * Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure integration and compatibility of fire protection projects with other disciplines involved in the construction project.
