Development of conceptual projects **Learn more about this opportunity** If you operate with a customer- and innovation-oriented mindset, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, collaborate across disciplines, work pragmatically and results-driven, and assume accountability for delivery, learn more about our **Senior Project Engineer** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Contagem\- MG * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Employment type: Permanent * Work modality: On-site **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate projects for implementing new equipment, expanding and modifying production processes; * Develop conceptual projects for production workflows and industrial layouts; * Prepare Technical Specifications for procurement of equipment and services; * Size and plan resources required for executing maintenance shutdowns; * Coordinate internal and third-party multidisciplinary teams for project execution; * Monitor project progress physically and financially. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in short- and medium-term projects; * Advanced English proficiency; * Effective communication: ability to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in project management; * Familiarity with project management tools; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Green Belt, Lean, Scrum, Agile); * Experience in operations-related projects.
