You will be part of the Digital Workplace – Power Platform team, responsible for governance, cost monitoring, user support, and increasing adoption of Microsoft Power Platform tools (including Copilot and Copilot Studio). The team operates globally, promoting ethical and secure practices in the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. How will you make a difference? As an intern on the Power Platform team, you will support governance, compliance, data analysis, and user support initiatives, ensuring that tools are used efficiently, securely, and responsibly. Your contribution will help drive digital transformation and the adoption of innovative solutions across the organization. What do we want to know about you?* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and visualize data * Interest in innovative technologies, digital governance, AI ethics, and cost optimization * Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team What will your day\-to\-day look like? Governance \& Compliance* Support the creation and documentation of governance frameworks for Power Platform, with focus on Copilot and Copilot Studio * Contribute to responsible AI initiatives and governance-related activities * Assist in implementing ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies Analytics \& Reporting* Analyze platform usage data using the CoE Toolkit to monitor adoption and performance metrics * Monitor Copilot Studio transaction costs, AI Builder credits, and Dataverse capacity consumption, suggesting optimizations User Enablement \& Support* Support users on best practices, permissions, environment provisioning, and issue resolution * Escalate technical issues when necessary and contribute to improvements in support processes Training \& Documentation* Create FAQs, guides, and training materials to promote ethical and responsible use of Power Platform * Build knowledge base for users and internal teams according to Microsoft best practices Who are we?
