





Description: Candidate profile: * Higher education degree in Arts, Art History, Natural Sciences, Education, Museology, Philosophy, History or related fields; * Previous experience in cultural education/mediation desirable (museums, cultural centers, botanical gardens); * Knowledge of or interest in art and nature, and contemporary educational issues; * Understanding of accessibility in cultural spaces; * Proficiency in a second language required; * Excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Education and territory projects: * Implement educational projects and audience development initiatives focused on engagement, participation, relationship-building, integration, inclusion, and formation of diverse audiences at Instituto Inhotim; * Plan and conduct inclusive educational visits; * Plan and deliver activities for all museum audiences; * Research and develop materials, tools, and mediation strategies tailored to the museum’s diverse audiences; * Conduct research to support educational and audience development project activities. Departmental processes: * Contribute to Inhotim's educational and audience development projects, ensuring promotion, accessibility, and democratization in alignment with departmental guidelines; * Propose activities within the scope and objectives of their project areas; * Provide leadership with information and data to monitor project progress; * Conduct research to address received or identified needs during project implementation; * Carry out visits for the institution’s various audiences according to department planning; * Participate in training programs as scheduled by the department.
