Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for quotation, supplier negotiation, alternative product research, and cost management to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier negotiation and prospecting to optimize procurement. 2. Research and development of alternative products to reduce costs. 3. Cost management and managerial reporting for financial analysis. \* Obtain quotations from suppliers offering the best prices, in accordance with demand received from Management, including parts and raw materials for production, aiming to identify optimal purchasing opportunities. \* Procure cleaning and hygiene supplies, general tools, machinery parts, building-related items (electrical and hydraulic), glass raw materials, PPE, and packaging; \* Prospect and negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases under the best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery schedule. \* Research alternative products to support the production process, aiming to improve product quality and reduce production costs. \* Receive supplier visits for presentations of new products and applications, development of new material supply sources for the company, evaluation of product similarity, new purchasing options, review of packaging artwork, etc., aiming to reduce costs or enhance production line quality. \* Enter comparative cost data into the system for Management approval, aiming to reduce costs; \* Maintain and generate managerial control reports for company cost analysis; \* Obtain quotations for third-party transportation services to meet raw material delivery requirements; \* Negotiate service contracts with various suppliers to meet Management’s requirements; \* Update the price list in the system; \* Register invoices and input them into the system; \* Receive, sort, and inspect materials delivered by suppliers, and organize them in the warehouse; \* Address requests from Management; ***Profile:*** Industrial sector experience is a plus; knowledge of financial and tax mathematics. \- Analytical, organized, and communicative profile \- Confident negotiation skills \- Knowledge of procurement contracts and policies; \- Supplier management via spreadsheets and systems \- Inventory control and planning \- Cost analysis \- Import procedures (where applicable) **Benefits:** \* Co-payment Unimed Health Plan \* Dental Plan \* Pharmacy Benefit Program \* Attendance-based R$350.00 reward card \* Self-service restaurant \* Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy \* Chartered bus service \* SESI Club Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 \- R$5.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
