Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Summary: Extrusion machine operator responsible for machine setup, process control, quality monitoring, material management, basic maintenance, and data recording. Key Highlights: 1. Configure and adjust extrusion machines for production 2. Monitor product quality and manage materials 3. Perform basic maintenance and document the production process **Key Responsibilities and Tasks:** * **Machine Preparation:** Set up, assemble, and disassemble molds, screws, and dies according to production orders. * **Process Control:** Adjust temperatures, screw speeds, and pressure to ensure product conformity (thickness, width, weight). * **Monitoring and Quality:** Continuously inspect products to identify defects, perform measurements, and weigh materials. * **Material Management:** Feed raw materials into the machine and monitor material levels. * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean screens, filters, and components, and perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Recording and Documentation:** Complete production forms with technical data, such as process time, downtime, and scrap quantity. * **Safety:** Operate in compliance with safety standards (PPE), hygiene, and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience operating extruders. **Salary:** R$2.300,00 **Benefits:** Fuel allowance/Transportation allowance, Meal allowance/Meal voucher of R$425.00 per month, and monthly bonus of up to R$800.00.
