Job Summary: Professional to handle accounts payable, controller, and withheld tax analysis tasks, including posting, reconciliations, and support for monthly closing. Key Highlights: 1. Posting of invoices and various documents **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of tax withholdings (IR, INSS, ISS, CSRF); Desirable: * Prior experience in accounts payable or controller routines; * ERP system knowledge (Mega ERP); * Familiarity with accounting reconciliation and financial routines. **Responsibilities:** * Posting invoices and various documents for payment; * Analysis of taxes withheld on invoices (ISS, IRRF, CSRF, INSS); * Control and monitoring of capital expenditures; * Bank reconciliation and bank statement verification; * Support for monthly controller closing routines. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Allowance – R$12.00 per working day, with R$1.00 payroll deduction; Meal Allowance (VR) or Food Allowance (VA) – R$49.11 per working day, with no payroll deduction; Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance – 90% company-funded, 10% payroll deduction for the employee (holder); dependents subject to 100% payroll deduction; Porto Seguro Group Life Insurance – no payroll deduction; Birthday Day Off – time off on the employee's birthday; 20-day collective vacation in December.
