From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Register production volume in SAP according to the delivery note. * Ensure handling of pending materials in COGI (stock adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls (Delivery Note vs. SAP). * Print and archive the Production Reporting Dossiers. * Process write-offs (excess losses beyond scrap) supported by documentation (Technical Reports). * Analyze consumables and raw material consumption. * Ensure reporting complies with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print WM labels. * Perform reporting adjustments per Non-Conformance (NC) reports and using Form 4024\. * Guide Operations on correct completion of delivery notes. * List invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system; issue a blind spreadsheet of invoices — a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company.
