Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Protheus Analyst with experience in implementation, migration, and functional and technical support, strategically engaged in backoffice and PCP modules. Partnership with business areas in solution evolution **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a Senior Protheus Analyst with extensive experience in TOTVS Protheus implementation, migration, and functional and technical support, strategically operating across core backoffice modules and PCP (Production Planning and Control). This professional will serve as a technical and functional reference, ensuring ERP stability, performance, and alignment with corporate processes, while acting as a partner to business areas in solution evolution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support and evolve TOTVS Protheus, ensuring system stability and process alignment; * Gather, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with business areas; * Serve as the functional reference for backoffice and PCP modules; * Provide high-complexity functional and technical support; * Lead requirement gathering and analysis with focus on Controller, Backoffice, and Production; * Map and propose improvements to business processes; * Analyze systemic impacts and support solution definition; * Support the technical team in demand prioritization and detailing; * Participate in validations, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing; * Act consultatively in continuous improvement of the environment. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with TOTVS Protheus; * Hands-on experience with backoffice modules (Financial, Tax, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Costing); * Experience with PCP (Production Planning and Control) processes; * Experience in requirement gathering and analysis; * Ability to work autonomously with a systemic vision; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Strong communication skills with business areas and the technical team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Protheus implementation or migration; * Knowledge of ADVPL; * Familiarity with system integrations; * Knowledge of database technologies (SQL); * Understanding of Protheus infrastructure (Data Dictionary, Repository, WebApp, AppServer, SmartClient); * Practical PCP experience, including integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, Costing, and Production; * Understanding of interfaces among COM, EST, FAT, FIN, CON, and PCP; * Analytical, organized profile with ownership mindset and decision-making capability. **Work Location:** Hybrid model, with three days per week onsite at Prado Velho neighborhood, Curitiba \- PR, and two days remote. **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
