**About the Position**
Strategically and technically support the maintenance and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Serve as a technical reference, supporting decisions and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Gather and analyze requirements with business areas, ensuring clear understanding of demands;
* Translate business needs into viable and scalable technical solutions;
* Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems;
* Conduct impact analyses on critical systems, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement;
* Monitor and ensure delivery quality through testing, validation, and appropriate documentation; •
* Support defining and evolving system architecture;
* Interact with multidisciplinary teams (business, product, infrastructure, and vendors), ensuring alignment and smooth deliveries;
* Address complex incidents and critical issues, focusing on root cause;
* Ensure application of best practices in development and IT governance;
* Prepare and deliver management presentations, including problem diagnosis, strategy definition, and action plans.
**Experience**
* Solid experience in Information Technology;
* Knowledge of systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business rule definition;
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
* Knowledge of system reliability and stability practices;
* Experience analyzing root causes of critical incidents;
* Familiarity with code versioning tools;
* Familiarity with corporate communication systems and integration tools between systems.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specialization in the area are a plus.
