**Work Model:** On-site – Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour and 12-minute break) – 44 hours per week. We are seeking an **Electronic Security Support Analyst** to join our Electronic Security team, focusing on infrastructure, monitoring, incident response, and implementation of robust solutions for critical environments. **Responsibilities:** * Install and maintain electronic security systems (servers with VMS, storage devices, alarm management software, analytics-enabled cameras, etc.); * Continuously monitor security systems and networks using observability tools, identifying failures and anomalies; * Respond to incidents involving analog and IP cameras, wired and wireless alarm systems, ensuring effective resolutions and preventive actions; * Configure and administer Fortinet equipment, Dell servers, and related infrastructure; * Develop and manage blocking rules and access controls to ensure security and efficiency in inter-system communications; * Create and maintain technical reports, log analysis, and improvement recommendations to guarantee system performance; * Participate in infrastructure expansion and enhancement projects, aligning with industry best practices and innovations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT Management, Networking, Telecommunications, Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Required Technical Experience:** * Fortinet (rule configuration and management); * Dell servers, storage devices, NVRs, DVRs; * Analog and IP cameras, alarm control panels (wired and wireless); * Implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems; * Network protocols, routing, switching, and information security practices; • Network monitoring and observability tools; * Log analysis and production of detailed technical reports. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills; * Analytical and proactive, with a problem-solving focus; * Strong communication skills, especially with teams and clients; * Organized, proactive, and committed to deadlines and deliverables; * Full availability for GMUD assignments, on-call shifts, or emergency calls outside regular hours (nights, early mornings, weekends – on standby).
