Management and development of domestic and international suppliers **Job Description** **This position requires on-site work in Monte Alto \- SP.** **Who will you work with?** You will join the Procurement Team at Dia\-Frag’s site, collaborating with highly skilled, motivated, and results-oriented professionals. This is a strategic team that continuously seeks the best solutions for the company, generating value and enhancing competitiveness across motorcycles, automobiles, and rail sectors. **How will you make a difference?** You will be responsible for leading the procurement team, ensuring operational efficiency, executing sourcing strategies, and aligning with corporate guidelines. **What do we want to know about you?** * Degree: Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Production Engineering * Solid experience in procurement/supply chain * Experience leading teams * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) * Experience with strategic sourcing processes * Experience in negotiation and supplier management **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead and develop the procurement team * Manage procurement processes (RFQ – Request for Quotation, negotiations, contracts, suppliers) * Execute sourcing strategies defined by leadership * Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement * Develop and manage suppliers (domestic and international) * Ensure compliance with internal policies and audits * Interface with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) * Monitor KPIs (savings, SLA, supplier performance) * Focus on meeting Quality Management System requirements to support continuous improvement * Coordinate daily procurement department activities * Assign tasks and track deadlines and SLAs * Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and compliance requirements * Monitor departmental metrics * Direct interface with internal departments (Production Planning and Control – PCP, Production, Finance) **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
