Job Summary: Operate heavy equipment to safely and efficiently carry out electrical infrastructure activities, including excavations, load lifting, and material handling. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in preparing foundations and bases **PRE-REQUISITES:** * Completion of elementary education required; * Availability for rotating shifts: 5x2 or 21x2; * Willingness to travel and stay away from home; * Residing in São José do Rio Pardo, Campinas, or Araraquara/SP is a plus; * Proficiency in operating wheel or track-type tractors and related machinery; * Demonstrated dexterity and precision when operating machinery and equipment; * Experience with backhoes or truck-mounted cranes. **Work Schedule:** Availability for the following rotating shifts: \- 5x2 (Monday to Friday) – For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or in adjacent cities; \- 21x2 – For candidates residing farther from the project site, specifically in the state of Rio Grande do Sul; \- 90x10 – For candidates residing in other states. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, compactors, cranes, crawler tractors, and rock drills, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient execution of electrical infrastructure activities. Carry out minor excavations for installing conduits and pre-fabricated materials using smaller equipment like mini backhoes or skid-steer loaders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Perform load lifting using tractors equipped with winches, observing operational limits and safety regulations to correctly position materials and components. Deploy cables via the drag method using tractors, according to project planning, to ensure proper installation of transmission networks. Transport waste materials within the construction site perimeter using appropriate equipment, maintaining site organization and cleanliness per environmental regulations. Assist in preparing foundations, platforms, access routes, and bases for poles, towers, and structures, following technical guidance to guarantee stability and compliance of installations up to 500 kV. Clear right-of-way areas and open access routes using tractors and specialized attachments, as per the work plan, to allow safe vehicle and equipment traffic. Handle cargo movement using hydraulic equipment such as truck-mounted cranes and cranes, complying with operational procedures to meet the project’s logistical requirements. Operate rock drilling equipment (Rock Drill), following technical instructions, to enable excavation in high-resistance terrain.
