With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products that are marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the routing team, ensuring delivery of plans within established deadlines. * Guarantee timely delivery of routing schedules according to operational time windows. * Align cuts and shipments with sales management, ensuring synergy between commercial demand and logistical capacity. * Act as the interface between transportation and warehouse, adjusting capacities, volumes, and daily sizing. * Request spot fleet from transportation as needed due to operational requirements or demand fluctuations. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for routing and logistical costs. * Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives based on performance and productivity analysis. * Ensure process compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Previous experience in routing, logistical networks, and team management. * Knowledge of routing systems and BI tools. * Analytical skills, systemic vision, and ability to make decisions under pressure. **Additional information** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gympass/Wellhub * Food allowance * On-site meals The leader in beef exports in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company – we are a community of professionals committed to "creating connections between people, food, and nature."
