If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan, monitor, and execute inspection, supervision, construction monitoring, and other related contracted process activities in accordance with internal procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to meet the defined schedule and premises for cost, quality, and productivity optimization. **Detailed Description:** A Civil Engineer is a professional responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and supervising civil construction and infrastructure projects. Work across multiple areas, including industrial buildings and infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities** * **Analysis and validation of civil projects**: architectural and structural projects, considering technical standards, safety, functionality, and economic feasibility. * **Construction project management**: supervise all construction phases—from foundation to finishing—ensuring quality, safety, and deadline compliance. * **Budgeting and planning**: develop budgets, track physical and financial schedules, and execution plans. * **Technical oversight**: conduct site visits to supervise construction execution per project specifications, technical requirements, and applicable legislation. * **Team and resource management**: coordinate multidisciplinary teams and define appropriate use of materials and equipment. * **Sustainability and safety**: implement sustainable construction practices and workplace safety measures. **Skills and Competencies** * Solid technical knowledge in civil engineering * Critical analysis and problem-solving ability * Proficiency in project management and team leadership * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Familiarity with technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.) * Knowledge of ABNT technical standards and current legislation **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirement:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * **You stand out if you have:** * Project Management experience; * NR 35; NR 33; Experience in the Food Industry * **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Araras/SP * Working Hours: 08:00–17:48 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
