We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work in Araraquara, SP. \- Company specializing in highway machinery and equipment. This position is responsible for daily activities including the development and analysis of mechanical projects for machinery and equipment, use of CAD tools, and support in research and development processes. The professional must also manage projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and efficiency. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Engineering and design:** Education and experience in mechanical engineering, including design of innovative machinery and equipment, performing general mechanical engineering tasks, developing solutions, and optimizing processes. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools for creating and analyzing detailed projects. Technical Drawing: Creation, modification, and detailing of mechanical parts and assembly drawings using SolidWorks software. * **Project management:** Competence in planning, managing, and executing projects while ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality. Direct contact with technical personnel from our international partners to clarify doubts and resolve technical issues related to machinery. * **Research and development:** Experience in R\&D processes focused on innovation and continuous improvement of products and solutions. * **Knowledge of technical regulations**, materials, and manufacturing processes is advantageous, as is fluency in English for understanding documentation and international communication. * **Fleet management:** Comprehensive administration of the company’s vehicle fleet, including planning and monitoring preventive maintenance and handling warranty-related repairs.
