




Japanese restaurant specializing in delivery, with a high volume of orders and dynamic operations, focused on speed, standardization, and quality in service. **Responsibilities:** Participate in food preparation, assisting with cleaning, cutting, assembly, and execution of recipes; Support packaging and proper storage of products; Assist in selecting and preparing vegetables and other ingredients, removing damaged parts and performing appropriate packaging; Contribute to inventory organization, assisting with packaging assembly and correct product storage; Support temperature monitoring and control of refrigerators, learning and adhering to health surveillance regulations; Assist in verifying and correctly applying labels to packaging. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts program (technical or undergraduate level). **Work Schedule:** From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with days off on Fridays and Saturdays.
