Description: What are we looking for? Main Responsibilities: * Scope and Planning Management: Ability to break down business requirements into schedules, backlogs, or WBSs. * Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and also in traditional methods when the client requires schedule predictability and fixed cost. * Project Financial Management: Budget control, understanding of contribution margin, and support for Forecasting. * Risk Management: Proactive identification of impediments, creation of mitigation plans and contingency plans. * Metrics and KPI Analysis: Monitoring project health indicators such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, throughput, and quality. * Stakeholder Management: Ability to report status to different levels—from technical teams to executive management/clients. * Assertive Communication: Skill in translating technical terms to business language and vice versa, ensuring everyone is aligned. * Negotiation Skills: Essential for handling scope and deadline changes with clients and for managing priorities with the team. * Leadership and Conflict Resolution: Ability to keep the team engaged, mediate internal disputes, and ensure a high-performance environment. * Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot the project strategy if business or client priorities change rapidly. * Organization and Discipline: Keeping documentation and ceremonies up to date, ensuring process governance. Requirements: 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager; Completed degree in technology; Advanced Excel, Jira, PowerPoint, Confluence. Power BI knowledge. Experience in security projects, with emphasis on microsegmentation and endpoints. Advantages: PMP or Agile certifications are a plus. Position location: Hybrid in Rio de Janeiro.
