




Visit route retail points to monitor and guide field promoters Ensure product supply, pricing, FIFO, and planogram compliance Monitor promotional points, merchandising materials, and promotional activities Correct execution errors and report incidents via system/spreadsheets Support training of new promoters and reinforce best practices Evaluate team performance and identify needs for reinforcement/adjustments Act as the communication link between field staff, management, and clients Ensure store visit frequency is met according to contract requirements Good communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with store leaders (supervisors/managers) Organized approach to managing routes, incidents, and results Full availability to work in the field in the interior region of São Paulo.
