To support this mission, Syngenta’s Recruitment Team is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Matão/SP. This role will support the delivery of: * Developing, reviewing, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance plans for assets; * Managing maintenance plans and keeping system and software records up to date; * Optimizing / determining appropriate maintenance activity frequencies based on failure analysis and equipment performance history; * Analyzing data and transforming it into actionable insights to support managerial decision-making; * Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (Brazilian NRs and Syngenta Standards), as well as ensuring execution of statutory Compliance and HSE activities. **Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance; * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, or Civil Engineering; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital data analysis tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Power Apps, or similar; * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (a plus: SIM\+); * Strong skills in cross-functional team collaboration; * Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling and inventory management. **Preferred** * Knowledge of ISO 55\.001 standard **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, fosters professional development, and seeks a healthy balance between professional and personal life—supporting team members through flexible work options tailored to individual professional and personal needs. * Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision) effective from day one. * Paid vacation, maternity and paternity leave, education assistance, wellness programs, corporate discounts, and other benefits.
