We are seeking an **Operational Assistant TO** to join our **Operational Technology** team in **Guariba, SP**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform bench-level maintenance on embedded electronic equipment—including diagnostics, repair, and functional testing—on systems such as onboard computers, communication radios, autopilots, and joysticks, ensuring full functionality and equipment reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechatronics, or similar areas will be considered a differentiator; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams is desirable; * Must reside in Guariba/SP, Jaboticabal/SP, Matão/SP, Santa Ernestina/SP, Dobrada/SP, or Taquaritinga/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
