This person will be a key driver in shifting creative work from a reactive mode to a strategic instrument for brand building and protection—ensuring visual and narrative consistency, clarity of priorities, and excellence in execution across all touchpoints, from campaigns and content to commercial, marketing, and internal communications materials. **Responsibilities** * Translate strategic narratives into clear, consistent, and effective visual and audiovisual identities, ensuring brand consistency across all formats. * Create, evolve, and ensure application of Brand Guidelines—including design, motion, and audiovisual language—as well as develop scalable templates for different areas. * Conceptualize, produce, and review deliverables for multiple contexts: campaigns, institutional content, launches, product materials, social media, CRM, events, and internal communications. * Plan and execute end-to-end audiovisual production projects—including institutional pieces and videos, digital ads, native social media content, and modular assets for performance marketing. * Produce, shoot, and edit videos across various formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts), balancing brand quality with execution agility. * Support photo/video shoots, events, and activations, ensuring generated content reflects Caveo’s positioning, lifestyle, and tone of voice. * Collaborate closely with Branding, Product Marketing, Growth, and Customer Marketing teams, translating strategic objectives into effective creative solutions. * Use data, feedback, and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and evolve layouts, visual narratives, and content formats. * Propose topics, formats, and creative ideas aligned with brand strategy, business goals, and platform trends. * Integrate generative AI into the creative workflow (design, video, and production) to increase speed, scale, and creative possibilities—while maintaining high quality standards. **What We Expect From You** * Ability to think and execute creatively in a strategic manner—understanding context, objective, and impact of each deliverable. * Refined brand vision, with strong aesthetic judgment and attention to visual and narrative consistency. * Autonomy to manage requests, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize deliverables in multi-stakeholder environments. * Proactive mindset: identifying problems, proposing solutions, and raising the bar on deliverables without constant direction. * Comfort operating across high-visibility materials (executive, brand-facing) and more agile outputs (social media, performance). * Maturity to receive feedback, iterate rapidly, and maintain high standards even under pressure. * Genuine interest in learning, testing, and integrating new tools, formats, and technologies into the creative process. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Creative Producer, Senior Designer, Creative Specialist, or equivalent hands-on role. * Strong command of graphic and visual design, including: + Creation of strategic presentations and landing pages + Static and animated digital assets + Development and application of brand guidelines * Experience in audiovisual production, including: + Video shooting and editing + Adapting content for different platforms and formats * Ability to lead creative projects from briefing to delivery—with organization and strong sense of priority. * Experience collaborating across departments (marketing, product, branding, growth, etc.). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and accountability for deadlines and quality. * Familiarity with generative AI applied to creative work—whether in design, video, or productivity. * Experience with Figma and Lovable tools. **Benefits** * Flexible meal allowance; * Flexible mobility allowance; * Health insurance; * Gympass and Totalpass; * Platform offering personal and professional development courses; * Partner discounts; * Starbem (health platform); * Zen App (mental health platform); * Clube Ifood; * Birthday day off. **Additional Information** * PJ contract * Hybrid model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote * Workplace location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP
