Collaborating with teams to improve processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- Requirements: Completed technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Quality Management; knowledge of quality standards and technical processes in the field; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; Preferred: Experience in the food industry. Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products; participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements; conduct Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections; identify and report deviations from quality standards and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions; maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions; prepare quality reports and present inspection results to management and other stakeholders; collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements in manufacturing and quality control processes; train and guide production operators and other team members on quality procedures and use of inspection equipment; provide technical support to resolve quality issues in production. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Co-payment medical plan; Meal allowance; Product discounts; Wellhub plans; On-site cafeteria. **Work Location:** ---------------------- MATÃO/SP **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
