We operate with a focus on quality, automation, and agile resolution of requests. **Essential Job Functions:** * Responding to technical support tickets and functional queries * Handling requests for minor enhancements * Addressing alerts in monitoring tools * Analyzing low- and medium-complexity incidents * Monitoring tools and services * Analyzing capacity and technical metrics * Participating in root cause analysis (RCA) * Performing troubleshooting activities with technical team support * Participating in War Rooms when required * Supporting change management processes * Developing simple automations * Implementing targeted fixes or enhancements to integrations and microservices **Basic Qualifications:** * Programming logic and development fundamentals * Java knowledge * Relational database knowledge * API development and consumption * Familiarity with microservice architecture * Version control with GitHub * PL/SQL knowledge **Behavioral Qualifications:** * Willingness to learn and grow technically * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Strong communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Critical thinking and data-driven investigation * Focus on delivery and accountability for deadlines * Adaptability to dynamic environments and change **What Are We Offering?** A range of benefits, competitive salary, and our core values make DXC one of the most important and attractive employers worldwide.
