Assistant Manager - (Store 16 - Lauro de Freitas/BA)

Your day-to-day will include:** Supporting the store manager in leading the team, being responsible for ensuring the completion of operational routines such as restocking, organizing, inventory management, cash register closing, loss prevention, among others. Enforce company rules within your business unit and substitute the store manager whenever necessary. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure customer service in the store whenever necessary; * Guarantee integration and training of new employees; * Conduct performance evaluations of new employees during their probation period; * Monitor team performance, providing continuous feedback; * Train and develop employees for future growth opportunities within the company; * Ensure proper uniform usage and good personal presentation of the team; * Manage negative and positive overtime hours; * Prepare employee vacation schedules; * Create monthly valid off-day and work-hour schedules; * Ensure standardized organization across all store sections; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas; * Ensure cleanliness of the store, products, equipment, cash registers, and floors in general; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of computer equipment and furniture; * Prepare budgets for periodic and corrective maintenance in the store, such as air conditioning, lighting, etc.; * Perform daily loading at PDVs and ensure price tag replacement; * Place merchandise replenishment orders directly from distribution centers; * Ensure standardized organization of receiving, storage, and/or overhead areas; * Periodically measure and control store inventory; * Ensure verification of goods both upon entry and exit from the store; * Respond to monitoring center alerts related to alarms; * Work with the loss prevention team to identify ways to reduce losses; * Ensure damaged goods are handled according to standards, as well as managing their sales performance; * Close and verify daily cash register totals per operator; * Close and verify the total financial movement of the day; * Ensure fiscal transactions occur within required deadlines; * Monitor and report any regulatory inspections at your branch to the responsible department. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed; * Pursuing higher education will be a differentiator; * Experience in the role; * Leadership, planning, communication skills, and ability to work in a team. **Additional information** * All our positions are also available for People with Disabilities (PwD).
