Job Summary: SOMMA INVESTIMENTOS is seeking a Real Estate Management Assistant to work within a Family Office, performing due diligence, analysis and monitoring of real estate assets, and client communication. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct due diligence and analyze real estate documents 2. Monitor expenses, regularization procedures, and property maintenance 3. Seek new partnerships and optimize property portfolio management SOMMA INVESTIMENTOS is looking for a Real Estate Management Assistant to join our FAMILY OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct real estate due diligence; Analyze property-related documents; Maintain direct client contact regarding property-related requests; Research market values for sales and leasing purposes; Issue property-related documents (certificates); Monitor municipal regularization processes and pending matters; Monitor expenses such as IPUT, TCRS, and condominium fees; Compile IPTU data for all clients/properties by city. Identify/negotiate with new real estate agencies to list managed properties; Serve as liaison between partners and clients; Monitor maintenance and repairs for leased or managed properties; Track lease contract expirations and renewals; Monitor rent arrears and tenant evictions from leased properties; Register and update data in the Lidderar system; Suggest and monitor adjustments/improvements to the Lidderar system; Prepare/update, verify, and submit monthly real estate reports; Propose solutions for vacant/idle properties; Monitor real estate market adjustment indices; REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Familiarity with administrative routines; Attention to detail; BENEFITS Flexible Card (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Education, and Culture) Health and Dental Insurance Private Pension Plan Restaurant discounts Professional development investment ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of the real estate market.
