




Description: * Previous experience as a Coordinator, Leader or Senior Specialist in QA, preferably in the fintech, digital banking or financial technology sector. * Strong expertise in test automation strategies, frontend (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), backend and APIs (RestAssured, Karate), mobile (Appium) and load/performance testing (JMeter, Gatling). * Experience in contract testing and integration testing between microservices. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous integration (CI/CD). * Ability to build quality processes from scratch and/or scale QA teams. * Leadership skills, clear communication and strategic vision. * Knowledge of security, compliance and secure development best practices is a plus. Desirable: * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka) and event-driven architecture. * Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, New Relic) * Familiarity with observability and production quality monitoring (logs, metrics, dashboards) * Lead and coordinate the Quality Assurance (QA) team, promoting quality practices across all software development stages. * Lead the team, providing technical support and tracking individual progress through 1:1 meetings, feedback and evaluation cycles. * Define, implement and evolve Jazz Tech’s QA strategy, aligned with industry best practices and company objectives. * Ensure the quality and reliability of product and service deliveries; * Create and monitor quality and performance metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement. * Support product and technology squads in defining acceptance criteria, test automation and delivery validation. * Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory, technical and user experience standards. * Foster a culture of quality, security and agile testing across the organization. 2512270202491831672
