Position: Workshop Manager We are looking for a Workshop Manager with completed high school education and experience in mechanical services. The ideal candidate holds a valid driver's license, demonstrates strong leadership skills, is capable of diagnosing defects, and is committed to quality and punctuality. Responsibilities include leading the team of technicians, evaluating diagnostics, testing vehicles before and after repairs, preparing estimates, and allocating services among the team to ensure organization and efficiency in workshop activities. The company offers a monthly salary of R$ 2\.500,00, plus a performance-based bonus on service revenue upon achieving targets, health insurance, and two daily commuter passes.
