**Activities:** * Monitor the outbound flow of goods; * Verify orders, volumes, and transportation documentation; * Plan and design delivery routes with a focus on time and cost optimization; * Analyze maps, distances, delivery restrictions, and priorities; * Track cargo status and adjust routes when necessary; * Support drivers and dispatch teams with daily routing guidance; * Monitor route performance indicators; * Knowledge of cargo manifests and CTe (Electronic Transport Document); * Driver registration in Buonny and Frete Bras; * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Experience as a route planner or in the logistics field; * Knowledge of route planning and geolocation tools; * Analytical ability and sound decision-making skills; * Organization and good communication skills; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
