Maintaining hygiene and organization of the workplace **Description:** CLT POSITION AVAILABLE FOR KITCHEN ASSISTANT (SALAD MAKER) AT A FRANCHISE RESTAURANT IN JARDINS SHOPPING CENTER, ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Sanitize, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients; Prepare salads, sauces, pastes, and side dishes; Plate and garnish dishes, ensuring standardization and visual appeal; Monitor inventory of fresh produce and perishable supplies; Ensure proper storage in refrigerators and cold rooms; Keep the workstation, utensils, and equipment clean and organized; Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices; Support the kitchen team with related tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Food handling certification preferred * Kitchen experience, preferably as a salad maker or in preparing cold dishes * Proficiency in cutting techniques and preparation of fresh produce, food hygiene, and storage and preservation of perishable foods * Availability for a 20-day training trip to São Paulo, fully funded by the company **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Commission; On-site meals. **Salary:** R$1\.800,00 to R$2\.300,00 **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift (morning/afternoon/night), depending on the schedule.
