If you are analytical, organized, and possess solid experience in controller functions, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Lead the controller department, ensuring reliable and strategic financial analyses; * Conduct and monitor **Budget**, **Forecast**, and variance analysis; * Control and monitor financial and operational KPIs; * Track project costs, expenses, and profitability; * Manage internal policies, standards, and procedures; * Develop managerial reports and presentations for decision-making; * Coordinate accounting closing and alignment with departments such as finance, accounting, and executive management; * Provide strategic support to management, contributing to process improvements and performance enhancement. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in **Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; * Solid experience in controller functions and financial management; * Experience with **Budget \& Forecast**, KPI analysis, and internal controls; * Leadership capability and strategic vision; * Advanced proficiency in Excel or BI tools (a plus). **Desired Profile** * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; * Problem-solving ability and capacity to propose improvements; * Sense of urgency and focus on performance.
