Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare on-call shift schedules and record standby hours for teams; * Request materials and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) used by teams; * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct to be followed in daily activities; * Monitor service orders (SOs) executed by teams to ensure high-quality standards; * Support the operational team in resolving problems or more complex situations, ensuring timely response to needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other necessary inspections, applying technical knowledge; * Manage operational performance indicators; enter operational data into the system; * Initiate regulatory agency processes; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Promote adherence to and implementation of Sustainability (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health) norms and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferred: Technical education in Construction, Sanitation, Maintenance, or related fields; or higher education in Administration, Sanitation, or related areas.
