If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and duties** **In the office:** * Support administrative routines (document organization, digitization, phone attendance, and team support); * Assist in spreadsheet control and filing; * Help with simple operational demands in HR, Engineering, Quality, or Finance departments, among others (according to unit needs); **At the construction site:** * Support control and organization of lightweight materials; * Monitor and assist in occupational safety routines (such as PPE distribution); * Assist in filling out forms and checklists; * Observe construction practices, learning about construction processes and site operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Be between 14 and 24 years old (as per the Apprenticeship Law); * Be enrolled and regularly attending school (if secondary education has not yet been completed); * Interest in learning and developing in administrative and civil construction areas; * Commitment, punctuality, and proactivity; * Basic computer skills (Office suite) desirable. **Additional information** Compensation + Transportation allowance.
