Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities** * The maintenance planner is a professional experienced in scheduling maintenance services in electrical, mechanical, and other areas. Receives and analyzes maintenance requests according to the needs and consequences caused by failures. * Monitors and issues reports recording equipment downtime, materials used, and parts purchased. Assists the planner with certain tasks. * Assists in planning corrective, preventive, predictive, and inspection maintenance activities together with the Maintenance Planner and Supervisor, analyzing equipment conditions and establishing priorities to keep them operational and ensure continuity of operations; * Controls work order issuance, daily labor allocation, and weekly scheduling control. * Manages spare parts reservations and controls minimum inventory levels, maintaining warehouse organization; * Oversees the delivery of spare parts and the dispatch and receipt of equipment sent for repair. * Performs short-term planning activities. * Carries out programming-related tasks according to procedures and instructions; **Requirements and qualifications** **Qualifications:** * High school diploma completed and technical course in Mechanics or related fields. **Knowledge:** Knowledge of SAP and Excel. **Additional information** Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Food Allowance On-site cafeteria Shuttle service **Quant** is a Swedish multinational company, a global reference in industrial and building maintenance services.
