




**HR MANAGER** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Develop the Recruitment and Selection area with a focus on technology, structuring talent attraction actions and talent pools, including headhunting, screening, and behavioral analysis. Structure and monitor HR department processes, including performance indicators (KPIs), performance evaluations, PDI development, job structure, and one-on-one meetings. Manage team engagement and employee experience (EX) initiatives, suggesting feasible and suitable solutions according to the company's reality. Implement leadership training and development programs. Create policies and actions for organizational culture, ensuring cultural pillars are disseminated and followed by employees.
