MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Guest communication (via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking) * Assistance with check-ins when required * Supervision and support of apartment cleaning * Quality inspection prior to guest arrival * Prompt resolution of operational issues * Support for basic maintenance tasks * Monitoring of deadlines, work schedules, and service delivery standards * Administrative routine support CANDIDATE PROFILE: * Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, front desk, flats, or short-term rentals * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible * Agility, proactivity, and ability to handle dynamic routines * Strong written communication skills and fast response time * Mature, committed profile that adheres to rules * Genuine interest in professional growth Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have easy access to Copacabana? * Do you have prior experience handling guest services in hotels or short-term rental properties? * Are you agreeable to the terms of this position?
