Job Description: * Develop strategies to improve the performance of the hotels under your responsibility; * Provide support to operations and sales teams; * Complete required reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; Monitor sales volume for your hotels: \- Pick up; \- MPI, ARI, and RGI analysis with support from Senior RM; \- Prepare forecasts; \- Analyze segment, origin, room type, and online sales; \- Conduct weekly meetings with your properties; \- Manage a portfolio of 3 to 6 multi-hotel properties.
