Job Summary: Responsible for daily production and standardization of gelatos and desserts, maintaining organization and hygiene in the production area, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Daily production and standardization of gelatos and desserts 2. Inventory and shelf-life control of raw materials and finished products 3. Innovation in gelato presentation in display cases * Produce gelatos while adhering to standardized decoration guidelines for display in cases; * Maintain organized inventory, monitoring product expiration dates; * Comply with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Fulfill the company-established Work Plan and production schedules; * Research new products within the same category; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in the production area; * Innovate gelato appearance in display cases; * Produce gelatos daily to ensure adequate supply for display cases and store buckets and carapinas; * Monitor inventory levels and shelf life of raw materials and gelatos; * Perform weighing and portioning of ingredients, mixing and pasteurization of bases and syrups \- Produce doughs, sauces, doughs, pastes, and desserts \- straws, brownies, and waffles; * Produce cones, cookies, modern açaí, and gelato bars; * Pit fruits and prepare fruit pulps; * Maintain daily cleanliness of the work environment and ensure equipment maintenance according to the company-established schedule; * Record maintenance, operational, and production non-conformities; * Log daily production activities and flavors in the daily production control sheet; * Decorate and flavor gelatos; * Meet requirements specified in the Work Plan and schedules.
