The contract lasts approximately 16 months, with formal registration through ESPRO as an Apprentice. Please note that the ESPRO course will occur over the first 7 business days following hiring, delivered via EAD (distance learning). After these EAD days, work at the company begins, and the course becomes in-person at the Rio Grande do Norte (Natal) unit. Course schedule (both EAD and in-person): 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
