Job Summary: IT Intern to work with computer networks and technical support, providing assistance to users and customers in system configuration and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. You will work with computer networks and technical support. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Good communication skills for user support; * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance and configuration; * Familiarity with operating system and software installation; **Your Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users and customers; * Configure computers and laptops; * Install and configure operating systems and software; * Assist with basic hardware and network maintenance; * Support the organization and documentation of technical procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic networking knowledge; * Experience in technical support or user assistance; * Knowledge of Windows and remote access tools; **Soft Skills** * Proactivity * Commitment * Teamwork * Problem-solving ability Must be available during morning shift (6:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
