Job Summary:
Responsible for the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems, developing and implementing maintenance and continuous improvement strategies.

**MISSION**
Ensure reliable and safe operation of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical systems at the facility, using advanced analytical methods and maintenance strategies to predict and prevent failures, promoting continuous improvements to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Serve as the facility's technical responsible officer for electrical activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
* Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for electrical systems;
* Monitor electrical system performance indicators, such as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR);
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase electrical system reliability;
* Conduct technical training on electrical systems;
* Prepare monitoring and control reports;
* Analyze equipment failures and propose solutions; critically evaluate maintenance outcomes and implement deviation-blocking actions;
* Advise management / coordination in decision-making;
* Contribute to and evaluate management metrics, seeking higher reliability and lower cost;
* Participate in maintenance activity planning and the annual shutdown program;
* Identify and optimize resources for the team’s technical development;
* Interface with various company departments;
* Conduct technical-economic feasibility studies for equipment and projects;
* Periodically assess alignment with the Maintenance Management System (MMS) structure;
* Monitor budget execution;
* Manage improvement projects for equipment and processes.
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
* Postgraduate degree in Engineering preferred;
* Experience in maintenance areas within gold mining plants and/or similar facilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced);
* Driver's License Category B.
